Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the nonprofit sector, and are energized by the startup environment. Your experience includes developing and managing a sales pipeline, utilizing methodologies like MEDDICC to qualify leads effectively. You thrive in a performance-based setting and are skilled at navigating complex sales processes, including engaging with VP and C-Suite executives. You possess strong presentation skills and can deliver compelling web-based demonstrations of products. Your ability to build relationships and close deals is complemented by your passion for helping others through your work.

Desirable

Experience working with fundraising platforms or in the nonprofit sector is a plus. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and can quickly learn new technologies and processes, contributing to your success in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will methodically qualify and build an accurate sales pipeline, taking ownership of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation. You will be responsible for sourcing the majority of your own leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities. Your role will involve conducting discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, and crafting compelling proposals to secure approvals from multiple decision-makers. You will consistently strive to exceed your quarterly and annual sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the GoFundMe Pro team.

You will collaborate closely with other team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of success and support. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of our platform and the ability of nonprofits to raise funds effectively. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career within the organization.
