What you'll do

As a Bilingual Collections Specialist at GoodLeap, you will be responsible for contacting borrowers with delinquent accounts to collect past due payments. You will engage with customers through various communication channels, providing them with appropriate payment solutions to help cure their delinquency. Your role will involve maintaining detailed records of all contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers, as well as documenting any payments collected. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all processes are followed and that customers receive the best possible service.
