You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 11 years of experience in media, advertising, sales consulting, marketing, or business development. Your fluency in both English and Vietnamese enables you to effectively manage customer relationships in the region. You have a proven track record in managing and developing sales teams to achieve results, and you excel in developing and maintaining high-value, complex customer accounts strategically through a consultative approach. You are adept at applying creative approaches to develop data-driven solutions, and your organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent presentation skills set you apart. You are passionate about sales, have a deep understanding of online media, and are determined to help customers achieve their greatest success. You act with ownership, adapt quickly to changes, and continuously seek new strategic ways to deliver impressive results for both Google and its customers. You build trustworthy relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and leverage that knowledge to create effective solutions that help them achieve their most ambitious goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prepare and deliver breakthrough sales presentations, develop case studies on successful campaigns to share insights with clients, and participate in industry events and conferences. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with senior management teams, acting as a point of contact for clients and advising them on digital trends. Your responsibilities will include driving user acquisition and activation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and utilizing data to inform decision-making and strategy development. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving needs of clients in the gaming sector.
