Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Your fluency in both Cantonese and English enables you to effectively manage client relationships and communicate their needs clearly. You possess a strong background in advertising and media account management, with a proven track record of achieving quotas to drive client growth. Your investigative skills allow you to leverage data to uncover insights that support proposals and analyze impact, ensuring that you can meet client needs effectively.

You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, whether working independently or as part of a team. Your excellent presentation and communication skills enable you to engage effectively with peers, management, cross-functional teams, and clients. You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You will work closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on millions of companies and billions of users. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to establish relationships and working with existing clients to generate growth and improve client success. You will identify key client stakeholders to support Customer Business Objectives and annual digital marketing plans, ensuring that you align your strategies with their goals.

You will assess and solve client needs through effective questioning and objection handling, engaging in promotions that resonate with their objectives. Your ability to analyze performance and share performance-enhancing suggestions will be crucial in improving customer relationships. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring that you deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently.
