Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting. You can communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese, enabling you to effectively interact with clients in the region.
Your background includes experience in the App Ads business, particularly within the Gaming or Mobile Apps sectors, or in Digital Marketing industries. You possess a solid understanding of the app developer ecosystem, including User Acquisition funnels and business generation models, which allows you to navigate the complexities of the market.
You are knowledgeable about the full Google Advertising Suite and understand how Apps, Video, Display, and Search products work together to drive growth. Your familiarity with the Vietnam mobile app and gaming ecosystem enables you to leverage your network to unlock opportunities and accelerate market engagement.
You excel at building relationships with founders and executives, influencing both internal and external stakeholders, and managing customer objections with effective recommendations. Your passion for sales and commitment to maximizing customer success drives you to find innovative and strategic ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will advise clients on bidding strategies and budget distribution across the Google ecosystem, ensuring optimal audience segmentation to improve campaign return-on-investment. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Google Play, Sellside, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance, to align on goals and deliver unified solutions to clients.
You will be responsible for articulating market challenges and opportunities to Regional Leadership, ensuring that your insights contribute to the overall strategy. Your ability to analyze data and market trends will be crucial in driving user acquisition and engagement strategies.
You will also be expected to mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable strategies that drive growth.
