Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your expertise includes cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, and containerization platforms. You excel at translating customer objectives into cloud solutions such as IaaS and SaaS across multiple domains. Your experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders sets you apart. You are proficient in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, and conducting customer workshops.
You have a strong background in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, Cloud AI, security, networking, migrations, or SAP. You are skilled at building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers and have experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. Your knowledge of security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing is extensive. You are adept at driving the entire business cycle and facilitating post-sales transitions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will facilitate the technical engagement in the solution phase and support pricing activities while transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams. You will maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. Your contributions will help educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses leverage Google Cloud products to enhance productivity, mobility, and collaboration. You will deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure a smooth transition to implementation.
