Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your expertise includes architecting solutions that integrate AI models through agents with enterprise data sources using patterns like RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search. You are proficient in coding with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java to demo, prototype, or workshop integration patterns with customers. Your experience extends to search systems, including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning, and you are comfortable presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

You have a strong background in developing agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or the Google AI Agent Development Kit (ADK). Your knowledge encompasses iPaaS, API Gateways, or Enterprise Service Buses (ESBs) in a cloud environment, as well as Application Integration Governance and Security, including OAuth2 flows and credential management. You understand observability constructs, including distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI applications, and are familiar with functional evaluation metrics used to assess Model Quality and Agent Quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Google Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments. You will document, prioritize, and drive the resolution of customer feature requests and issues within Product and Engineering management systems. Your responsibilities will also include traveling to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required, acting as a public advocate for Google Cloud. You will leverage your technical expertise to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and solutions tailored to their needs.
