Job Description
Who you are
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in a technical project management role or direct customer engagement. Your ability to develop relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization is exceptional, and you understand the organizational structure within Google and the client side to build necessary relationships for executing strategic plans and projects.
You thrive in uncertain environments and can solve complex problems while adapting effectively within a large organization and distributed teams. Your project management skills are outstanding, enabling you to help multiple cross-functional departments achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying content appropriately to both technical and business personnel, including senior management. You are fluent in both English and Vietnamese, which is essential for serving customers in Vietnam.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of service packages and collaborate closely with the implementation teams of the gTech Advertising department in the region, customer support teams, and communication solutions teams. You will be primarily responsible for the deployment and market outreach of the gTech Advertising department by regularly checking in on the progress of work with customers and the sales team. Your role will involve ensuring that customers fully leverage Google's advertising products and services, guiding them when they need assistance, and enhancing support services through interaction, account setup, and campaign implementation.
