Google is hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative for their Enterprise Growth team to manage the full sales cycle and engage with customer stakeholders. You'll leverage your expertise in cloud technologies and B2B sales to drive growth in Toronto.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company. Your ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of internal teams and customer stakeholders sets you apart. You have a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, and you excel in commercial negotiations and agreements.

Your experience leading cross-functional teams and partners in project implementation and negotiation is a key asset. You are skilled in consultative selling to executives, asking insightful questions, and presenting future-forward proposals. You understand how to build multi-year account strategies and plans, and you are adept at qualifying leads and showcasing the value proposition of cloud, data, and AI technologies against customers’ business opportunities.

You have a strong business and financial acumen, including Profit and Loss (P&L) management and accurate forecasting. Your ability to expand existing accounts, secure new customers, and accelerate consumption business is well-established. You are comfortable structuring and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements and supporting multi-year engagements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for Google Cloud solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that drive business transformation. Your responsibilities will include formulating persuasive proposals for multi-year contracts that illustrate clear return on investment through customer business cases and comprehensive deployment plans. You will mobilize internal experts and external partners at the right time to drive consumption and deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the sales process. Your role will involve forecasting and reporting on sales performance, providing clear visibility into expected outcomes. You will also be expected to stay updated on current technology trends and Google Cloud differentiators to effectively communicate these to customers.
