Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your experience includes people management, leading technical conversations, demos, and workshops with customers. You have a proven track record of driving the adoption of specialized workloads by collaborating with executive and technical domain experts.

Your background includes experience with SAP and VMware migration to the cloud, and you have successfully influenced cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to achieve business goals and enhance customer experience. You excel in technical sales and strategizing around holistic customer and industry solutions, ensuring that you deliver value to clients.

What you'll do

As a Customer Engineering Manager for the Enterprise Applications Practice, you will lead and deploy a team of subject matter experts who work closely with customers to provide trusted technical and solution advice. Your role involves accelerating workload migration and removing technical blockers, fostering a culture of technical excellence within your team. You will oversee domain-specific prototyping and proofs-of-concept, working cross-functionally across Google and with partners to resolve technical roadblocks.

You will also provide critical feedback loops to product and engineering teams based on field experience, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading review meetings, providing insights into achieving technical wins, and developing migration strategies that align with customer objectives. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business expansion through effective technical leadership.
