Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. With 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, you are well-versed in executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. You excel at translating data and analyses into insights for cross-functional audiences, demonstrating excellent investigative and high-priority thinking skills.

Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to work autonomously and deliver on multiple initiatives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. You have experience managing relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that financial decisions are sound and data-driven. You thrive in environments where you can lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking, and control processes, providing senior management with insightful recommendations and planning support.

What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst at Google, you will ensure that the company makes sound financial decisions. Your work will involve modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics, which will be used by leaders to make strategic company decisions.
