Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience in program or project management. With a strong background in supply chain planning and management, you bring at least 5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, including the creation of tools to assess growth and complexity drivers. Your problem-solving skills are excellent, particularly in data analysis and reporting through spreadsheets or other tools. You have a demonstrated record of effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and planning, ensuring that problems are not just solved but resolved comprehensively.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. This involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate various players and keep them updated on progress and deadlines. You will partner across Technical Infrastructure and Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) to source, plan, make, and deliver compute, network, storage, and data center capacity for all product areas across Google. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining data centers and building the next generation of Google platforms, ensuring that the cooling and electrical gear that powers our data centers is procured and delivered efficiently.
