Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes experience in supply planning, demand planning, or sales and operations planning, and you are familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Kinaxis. You possess strong analytical skills and have experience with spreadsheet modeling, which allows you to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions.

You are a certified professional in supply chain management, such as APICS, and have managed cross-functional or cross-team projects. Your experience in supply chain operations or planning within the technical industry has equipped you with the knowledge to navigate complex challenges. You are proficient in analytics tools, including SQL and BigQuery, which you use to drive insights and improvements in supply chain performance.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve coordinating efforts across different offices and time zones, ensuring that all players are informed about progress and deadlines.

You will be responsible for data center equipment supply planning for both sustaining and new products. This includes interpreting market intelligence and statistical inputs to drive improvements in inventory models and supply chain buffers. You will develop short and long-term supply models aimed at minimizing total costs and inventories while maintaining service levels. Additionally, you will justify inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility, ensuring that the supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.
