You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes designing and implementing supplier relationship management frameworks and performance management systems, showcasing your expertise in supplier segmentation strategies. You are skilled in managing relationships with strategic suppliers and conducting executive-level business reviews, demonstrating your ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions.
Your analytical skills are excellent, allowing you to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. You possess strong facilitation and communication skills, which enable you to effectively manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional projects. You understand that a problem isnβt truly solved until itβs resolved for all, and you are committed to building products that create opportunities for everyone.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will coordinate efforts across different offices and time zones, ensuring that all players are kept up to date on progress and deadlines.
You will develop and implement a supplier risk management program, including methodologies for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating various types of supplier risk.
