Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes experience in material management and supply chain delivery, as well as risk identification and mitigation. You thrive in environments where you can manage cross-functional or cross-team projects, ensuring that all aspects are aligned and communicated effectively.

You understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all stakeholders involved. As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex projects from start to finish, working closely with various stakeholders to plan requirements and manage project schedules. Your ability to identify risks and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the management of supply chain delivery activities for data center infrastructure components. Your focus will be on ensuring on-time, high-quality, and seamless Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) product delivery. You will coordinate with various teams across different offices and time zones, keeping everyone updated on progress and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include driving risk identification and mitigation activities with the General Contractor, focusing on ownership transfer, equipment protection plans, and loose-ship material management.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the transfer of responsibility between vendors and sites, identifying and closing potential scope gaps. Your role will require you to maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with all parties involved, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and efficiently.
