Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in cloud native architecture within a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms, and you are skilled in engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders. You possess experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, and conducting customer workshops.

You have a strong understanding of technical solutions related to infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, Cloud AI, networking, migrations, and security. Your experience includes driving the entire sales cycle, from defining delivery and consumption plans to transitioning them for execution. You are adept at building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers and have experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.

You are knowledgeable about security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing. You thrive in environments where you can help customers transform their businesses with cloud technology, ensuring that solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical engagements during the solution phase and facilitate post-sales transitions by supporting pricing activities and transitioning final delivery plans to implementation teams. You will maintain awareness of progress against delivery plans, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Google Cloud Platform technologies.

You will collaborate closely with sales teams to drive customer success and satisfaction, ensuring that technical solutions align with customer expectations. You will also be responsible for conducting workshops and training sessions to empower customers in utilizing Google Cloud technologies effectively. Your role will involve continuous learning and staying updated on the latest cloud technologies and trends to provide the best solutions to customers.
