Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or corporate strategy leadership. Your background includes at least 5 years of management experience leading teams in a cross-functional environment, particularly within the Telco industry where you've managed partnerships with key players. You possess strong skills in navigating executive stakeholder relationships and conflict resolution, and you are adept at leading through change and adapting to ambiguity in fast-moving environments.

Your experience includes managing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements and leading cross-functional strategic projects from inception to deployment. You have a proven ability to influence leaders and present effectively to executives, which is crucial for driving Google's partnerships forward. Your business acumen and extensive product knowledge position you to interact effectively with partners and help them leverage Google's offerings for growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Google's Partnerships Development team, responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with partners. You will lead working groups composed of industry leaders to manage critical industry and strategy topics, setting strategic goals for providing scaled support for a critical book of business. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and refreshing the partner book as needed based on Top Partner Program criteria, ensuring that Google's products and services continue to meet the evolving needs of clients.

You will collaborate with regional customer-facing and cross-functional teams to develop and utilize playbooks across relevant topics, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your leadership will be essential in driving the success of partnerships, and you will be expected to evaluate risks and adapt strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. You will also play a key role in shaping applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce, leveraging your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players.
