You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and can perform tasks that require bending and kneeling. You are a team player who is willing to assist in maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. Your commitment to providing excellent service makes you a valuable asset to the team.

What you'll do

As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will drive sales across all departments by providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Your responsibilities will include replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately. You will operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics while adhering to minor policy during customer transactions. Additionally, you will process refunds and exchanges, balance the register drawer, and bag or box purchases for safe transport.

You will follow all BRS procedures regarding coupons and gift cards, ensuring compliance with store policies. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and safe store environment, contributing to the overall shopper experience. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
