You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and are committed to maintaining store safety standards and cleanliness.

You possess strong communication skills that allow you to effectively inform customers about products and services. You are knowledgeable about the offerings at Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S, and you are eager to share that knowledge with customers to drive sales. You are adaptable and can follow procedures regarding age verification and payment processing while ensuring a smooth transaction experience for customers.

What you'll do

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers and establishing rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will drive sales across all departments by providing recommendations and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. Your role will include replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to policies regarding age verification and payment processing.

You will operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics to complete customer transactions accurately. Balancing the register drawer and processing refunds and exchanges will also be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure that all purchases are bagged or boxed safely for transport and follow all procedures regarding coupons and gift cards. Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards will be essential to your role, as will handling objects and products safely.
