What you'll do

As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will drive sales across all departments by providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include replenishing inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to age verification policies during transactions. You will operate scanners and cash registers, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate while providing customers with receipts. Additionally, you will process refunds and exchanges, balance the register drawer, and maintain store cleanliness to meet safety standards.
