You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment. With a positive and engaging attitude, you excel at establishing rapport with customers and providing them with recommendations on products. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are committed to enhancing the shopper experience. You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are capable of standing and moving frequently in your assigned location. You are also able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and handle various products and equipment safely.

What you'll do

As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and inform them about BRS products and services, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. You will drive sales across all departments by maintaining knowledge of the products and making recommendations to customers. Your responsibilities will include replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to age verification policies during transactions. You will operate scanners and cash registers, ensuring accuracy in pricing and quantities while providing customers with receipts. Additionally, you will process refunds and exchanges, balance the register drawer, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
