You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment, eager to provide excellent service and build relationships with customers. You understand the importance of product knowledge and are ready to inform customers about BRS products and services. You are comfortable handling transactions and ensuring accuracy in pricing and inventory management. You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and are committed to maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about the various products available at BRS. You will drive sales across all departments by providing recommendations based on customer needs. Your responsibilities will include replenishing inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to age verification policies during transactions. You will operate scanners and cash registers, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate while processing payments and providing receipts. Additionally, you will handle refunds and exchanges, maintain store safety standards, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
