You are comfortable handling cash and operating electronic payment systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions. You are physically capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will drive sales across all departments by providing recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include replenishing inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to age verification policies. You will also be responsible for processing payments, handling refunds and exchanges, and maintaining an organized store environment. Following all company procedures regarding coupons and gift cards will be essential to your role.
