Who you are
You are a customer-oriented individual who thrives in a retail environment. You understand the importance of building relationships with customers and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of products will help you drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You are comfortable handling cash transactions and operating electronic payment systems. You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will be responsible for driving sales across all departments and providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Your role will include replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, and ensuring accurate pricing and quantities. You will follow proper age verification policies and handle payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards. Additionally, you will process refunds and exchanges, balance the register drawer, and ensure a clean and safe store environment.
