You understand the importance of product knowledge and are eager to learn about the various BRS products to make informed recommendations to customers. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage effectively with customers, helping them find what they need and enhancing their overall shopping experience.

What you'll do

As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will drive sales across all departments by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products available. Your responsibilities will include replenishing inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to age verification policies during transactions. You will also ensure that all prices and quantities are accurate, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

You will be expected to handle items weighing up to 50 pounds and follow all BRS procedures regarding coupons and gift cards. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring that their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient.
