Gopuff is hiring a Key Holder to manage front-end store activities and ensure smooth operations. You'll be responsible for cash management, customer service, and training new employees. This role requires 1-2 years of retail management experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 1-2 years of retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment where you have honed your skills in customer service and team leadership. You are at least 21 years old and possess a strong understanding of retail operations, particularly in managing front-end activities. Your organizational skills allow you to handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.

You are a natural leader who enjoys coaching team members and providing guidance to improve the customer experience. Your ability to handle cash management and bookkeeping duties is complemented by your expertise in the products offered at BRS, enabling you to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers. You understand the importance of maintaining store safety standards and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

What you'll do

As a Key Holder at Gopuff, you will oversee all front-end store activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly. You will assist management in scheduling store associates and coordinating cashier responsibilities, while also handling cash management tasks. Providing high levels of customer service is a key part of your role, as you will drive sales and address any difficult situations that may arise. You will coach team members, helping them to improve their skills and enhance the overall customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all pricing, signage, and display information is accurate, as well as performing cashier functions while adhering to company policies. You will maintain store safety standards and cleanliness, assisting in keeping the sales floor, stock room, and other areas organized. Additionally, you will be required to pass STAR/ServSafe training to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
