Gopuff is hiring a Key Holder to manage store operations and provide excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting new employees, and driving sales. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Who you are
As a Key Holder, you have a knack for customer service and enjoy working in a retail environment. You understand the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and are skilled at building rapport with them. You are reliable and take pride in your ability to manage responsibilities effectively, especially during busy periods. You are comfortable with the operational aspects of running a store, including inventory management and cash handling. You are also willing to step up and take on managerial duties in the absence of higher management, demonstrating your leadership potential.
You have a good understanding of the products offered at BRS and can provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively helps you assist both customers and new employees, ensuring a smooth operation. You are physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting items and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, which includes operating the alarm system and ensuring the store is secure. You will assist customers by greeting them and providing information about BRS products and services. Your role will involve driving sales by promoting products and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. You will also be tasked with replenishing inventory and maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring that it is always ready for customers.
During busy periods, you will provide support to your team and help train new employees, sharing your knowledge of products and customer service best practices. You will identify any issues with working conditions and communicate them to management, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will also include performing cashier functions and adhering to company policies regarding age verification and customer transactions.
