Overview

Gopuff is hiring a Key Holder to provide excellent customer service and drive sales at their retail locations. You'll be responsible for building relationships with customers and managing inventory. This position is based in Lexington, KY.

Who you are

You are a dedicated individual with a passion for customer service and sales. As a Key Holder, you understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for customers and are skilled at building rapport with them. You have a strong knowledge of products and are eager to share that knowledge to enhance the customer experience. You are organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that the store runs smoothly.

You are comfortable working in a retail environment and can handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. You are also willing to undergo necessary certifications such as WSET, Cicerone Certification, and ServSafe Certification to enhance your expertise in the products you sell. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members makes you a valuable asset to the store.

What you'll do

As a Key Holder, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, inform them about products, and make recommendations based on their needs. You will also drive sales by promoting BRS products and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. In addition to customer interactions, you will manage inventory, ensuring that products are replenished and organized. You will assist in training new store associates, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them succeed in their roles.

You will perform cashier functions, handling transactions accurately and adhering to company policies. Your role will also involve coordinating with vendors and buyers for store tastings, enhancing the customer experience through engaging events. You will be responsible for cash management and ensuring that the front end of the store operates efficiently. Your ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism will be key to maintaining a positive atmosphere in the store.
