Job Description
Who you are
You have 1-2 years of retail management experience, ideally in a supervisory role, and are comfortable handling cash management and bookkeeping duties. You are at least 21 years old and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You are knowledgeable about BRS products and can provide customers with expert recommendations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You are also committed to maintaining store safety standards and cleanliness, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
What you'll do
As a Key Holder, you will assist management in scheduling front-end store associates and overseeing cashier responsibilities. You will be responsible for cash management and ensuring that all pricing, signage, and display information is accurate. Your role will involve providing high levels of customer service, driving sales, and handling difficult situations with professionalism. You will coach team members and guide them to improve the customer experience, while also performing cashier functions and adhering to company policies during customer transactions. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness of the store and assist in upholding standards in the stock room and other areas.
