Job Description
Who you are
You have 1-2 years of retail management experience and are at least 21 years old. You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Your experience includes handling cash and bookkeeping duties, ensuring a high level of customer service, and coaching team members to enhance the customer experience. You are knowledgeable about BRS products and can provide expert recommendations to customers. You are committed to maintaining store safety standards and cleanliness across all areas of the store.
What you'll do
As a Key Holder, you will assist management in scheduling front-end store associates and overseeing cashier responsibilities. You will manage cash effectively and ensure that all pricing, signage, and display information is accurate. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, addressing difficult situations, and driving sales. You will also perform cashier functions while adhering to company policies and maintain the cleanliness of the store, stock room, and other areas. You will be responsible for training new employees and guiding them to improve their performance and customer interactions.
