What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory, re-shelving canceled orders, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and facility. You will handle products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to move items as needed. Additionally, you will communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
