You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently. Your attention to detail ensures that you can accurately receive and unpack pallets of products, matching physical inventory counts with purchase orders. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and you are committed to following FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage effectively.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order. You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, keeping the sales floor and overall facility clean and organized. You will also handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies.

Your responsibilities will include contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that their needs are met promptly. You will work in various environments, including freezer locations, and will be expected to walk several flights of steps periodically throughout your shifts. Your role is essential in helping Gopuff provide everyday essentials to customers, and your commitment to operational excellence will contribute to the overall success of the team.
