What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations at Gopuff. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and ensuring that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders. You will also manage the re-shelving of canceled orders and maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor and overall facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices and will need to contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks. You will also need to be prepared to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts.
