You possess the ability to work a fluid schedule, being available during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are comfortable standing and walking for the duration of your assigned shift and can lift up to 49 pounds. Your attention to detail ensures that you manage inventory effectively and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and ensuring that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders. You will also manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, while adhering to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage.

You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items and handling products safely and efficiently. Your role will require you to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during your shifts, and you may work in freezer locations periodically. You will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
