What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory is a key part of your role, which includes re-shelving canceled orders and maintaining the sales floor's organization. You will also handle waste and spoilage by adhering to FIFO practices, ensuring that products are rotated properly. Your responsibilities will involve contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items and handling products safely. You will be expected to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift, utilizing equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to move products as needed.
