What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that arise. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will also be part of your daily tasks, as will maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are rotated properly. Additionally, you will contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and organized manner, using carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment as needed. Your role may also involve preparing quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience.
