What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, you will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, keeping the sales floor organized and clean. You will also handle waste and spoilage by adhering to FIFO practices, ensuring that products are rotated properly. Your role will involve contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, and you will be responsible for handling, scanning, and moving products safely and efficiently. You will occasionally work in freezer locations and may need to walk several flights of steps during your shifts.
