Desirable

While not required, having a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, would be beneficial. You are flexible with your schedule and can work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily tasks, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will involve contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and handling, scanning, and moving products in a safe and organized manner. You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products efficiently.
