What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items will be necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Handling, scanning, and moving products safely and in an organized manner will be essential to your role. You will use various equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products efficiently. Additionally, you may work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to the job.
