Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a drive for operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges with a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration makes you a great fit for the Gopuff operations team. You are capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand and walk for the duration of your shift. You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you in your daily tasks.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their everyday essentials efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will work closely with partner drivers and communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
