What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that arise. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices.

You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they receive the best possible service. Handling, scanning, and moving products safely and efficiently will be part of your daily tasks. You will use equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products around the facility. Additionally, you may work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, requiring you to adapt to varying work environments.
