What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, you will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, keeping the sales floor organized and clean. You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will involve contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with their orders. You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks. Periodically, you may work in freezer locations and will need to be comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
