You are an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on the challenges of an Operations Associate role. You possess a strong drive and perseverance, ready to contribute positively to the Gopuff team. Your ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to your success in this position. You are comfortable with physical tasks and can lift up to 49 pounds, ensuring that you can handle the demands of the job effectively. You are also adaptable, willing to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, ensuring that all operations meet Gopuff's high standards. Your role may also involve preparing quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience.
