What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory effectively. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, ensuring compliance with FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage. You will interact with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items and handle products safely and efficiently. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations and manage various equipment to move products around the facility.
