What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will interact with customers to address any substitutions or out-of-stock items and will handle products safely and efficiently using various equipment. Your role may also involve preparing quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to a positive customer experience.
