What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies that arise. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility, manage waste and spoilage, and handle customer inquiries regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. You will also be responsible for using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to move products safely throughout the facility.
