What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will also receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily tasks, as well as maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle customer communications regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will use various equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to move products safely throughout the facility.
