What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your attention to detail will be essential in managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they receive the best service possible.
