You are adaptable and can handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving products safely. You are also comfortable working in various conditions, including freezer locations.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Gopuff delivers everyday essentials to customers efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and facility, adhering to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage.

You will engage with customers to handle substitutions or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive experience. Your role will require you to stand, walk, and use equipment like carts and pallet jacks throughout your shifts. Flexibility is key, as you may need to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
