You possess a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you manage tasks efficiently. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. Your attention to detail ensures that you can accurately manage inventory and resolve discrepancies when they arise. You are also comfortable handling products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, and you are prepared to work in freezer locations as needed.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled, scanned, and moved in a safe and organized manner. Your role will require you to contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. You will utilize carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move products efficiently, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
